Prices

All the prices given in our product lists include the taxes. Prices shown in the website are subject to review and change at any time if circumstances require.

Payment system

Credit card. All transactions arranged through this website are guaranteed 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank particulars are made in a secure environment - the SSL system (Secure Socked Layer) - through the relevant bank. All information transmitted is coded before going onto the network.
Similarly, all the data you give on your credit card are not stored in any database: they go directly to the Point-of-Sale Terminal (PST) at the bank.

Shipping and delivery times

You are assured of delivery times through the transport service within 7 working days for all products except sculptures, for which the delivery time is 30 days, and except in cases of stock shortfall or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. In the latter case, the order will be processed on the first working day after the day it was placed. Moreover, please note that the delivery times are computed for working days, and these may be interrupted by local or national holidays.

We reserve the right to change the manner of shipment and the transport company involved, regardless of the information given on this website, provided that this is not manifestly contrary to the client's interests.

Under no circumstances will shipments be arranged to post boxes.

Shipments to home addresses:
Within Spain: delivery within 48 hours in the cases of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands; and up to 7 days for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Other EU countries: 7 working days.
Shipment costs: these are calculated together with the contents of your shipping cart in the light of the chosen area of destination.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please note that a period of 7 days is given for returning them, counted from receipt of the goods. Shipment costs are to be covered by you, and the refund is arranged through the same procedure as the payment. To arrange a return, please contact us via the email address art@grecaridea.com , stating your name, and the invoice date and number.
