Our requirement level is the highest in order to offer you a total guarantee in our services.
We commit ourselves to return your money if the product you receive is not what you expected. In order to do so, you only have to fill the RETURNS FORM and we will contact you for the instructions on how to send us the product to be changed or to get the money back. Returns must be made within 7 days from the day you receive the product.
Once we get the return in our studio, we refund the value of the order (deducting the return shipping cost) through the system where you paid, with a bank transfer or a nominative bank cheque. In order for the transfer to be made, the product must be in perfect condition and the original packaging.
Changes or returns are not allowed in countries that are not of the European Community.
